The most extraordinary event is just 11 days away.
A solar eclipse will occur on August 21, 2017. It's a rare event and you don't want to miss it. In the narrow path of the eclipse, the sky will darken for a few minutes in the middle of the day. It's cosmic. From Earth's view the moon and sun will appear to be about the same size. Here in NJ about 75% of the sun will be covered by the moon's shadow at about 2:45 pm. The last total solar eclipse viewable from the US was Feb 26, 1979 and the next will be on October 14, 2023.

Marin Pagliughi, Avalon Mayor, announced on July 25th; "This program will be extraordinarily helpful with providing the scientific evidence that will help Avalon, Longport, and all coastal communities to develop common-sense approaches to resiliency while also providing evidence that will help advance the argument that coastal resiliency is an investment that extends beyond municipal governments". Avalon and Stone Harbor Real Estate - Through July 31 st inventory levels continue to be at all-time lows - with 58% less inventory as compared to same time last year - while buyer interest continues to explode. The market is enjoying double-digit appreciation; simultaneously, jumbo interest rates continue to remain attractive and below those of conforming loan rates, with buyer's purchasing power remaining strong. Whether you're purchasing for the first time or trading up, if you find the right home, buy it now! There may not be a second choice available. If you are considering selling, list your home today. Buyers are in the market. Why wait until they are home in September with the shore out of their minds? Call or email me today and I will show you how to best take advantage of this market.
