John’s nonconforming mentality constantly pushes the envelope in the real estate industry. He is bringing new light into the marketing/advertising world of real estate through imagery and video dialogue attracting the attention of buyers and sellers in higher percentages. John has also found that creating a Cash Flow Analysis provides a buyer a better understanding of home ownership costs in an incoming producing home utilizing rental income to offset expenses.
John was in the hospitality industry from 2006-2016 building relationships within the community. Simultaneously, he was in the building trade alongside his father, learning the home construction business from the ground up. This hands on experience enables John to educate his clients in a way many agents cannot. John co-founded and is the president of his High School’s Soccer Alumni Association which is an LLC that raises a scholarship fund for a graduating athlete. John and his wife Adrienne have three wonderful children and love raising their two boys and daughter in the same county that raised both of them. This is his home and he wants you to enjoy it just as much as he does.
