Holly Rennie has made hundreds of family’s dreams come true since 1992 as one of the Seven Mile Island’s leading realtors in the sale or purchase of their seashore home – not to mention the thousands of family vacations she has helped plan. In that same time, Holly has earned the distinction of being the island and county’s leading female realtor as well as one of the top five realtors in all of Cape May County. If you are looking for a Realtor in Avalon or Stone Harbor, Holly can show you how to best sell your home or buy your dream home.
Why is she successful? Her success comes from placing your needs first.
Holly believes in her island – she has a passion and enthusiasm for it – and wants to share it all with you. She consistently grows and learns in the industry, attending ongoing required continuing educational courses as well as educational seminars geared to her specific market, such as Flood Insurance Updates, Riparian, and Wetlands seminars along with legal updates. This information is passed on to her clients as she prepares them to make their decisions of buying and selling real estate in Avalon and Stone Harbor.
Holly’s passion extends beyond the island and to the people of Cape May County. Giving back to the community she lives is an important part of who Holly Rennie chooses to be. An 11-year member of the Avalon Lions Club, she served on the Board of Directors for 6 years as Secretary. She has participated in food drives as well as multiple and varied fund raising and community service events, all in support of the needy in Cape May County.
Since 2010 Holly has arranged the Christmas Giving Tree at Ferguson Dechert Real Estate, collecting toys and clothing for the children of the Coalition Against Rape & Abuse (CARA) so that they have a Christmas. CARA has always been in Holly’s heart; the Christmas Giving Tree is just one of the ways she makes these lives a bit better. Most recently, as a member of the Women’s Only Network, she has coordinated, collected and delivered Mother’s Day gifts for the CARA moms and coordinated the adopting of needy families at the Christmas season.
As a member of the Board of Directors of the Diller Home for Challenged Children since 2013, Holly has participated in multiple fund raising events, generating enough funds for 150 visually challenged children to attend a week of summer camp in Avalon. As a member of the “Birds for Boobs” team, Holly participated in three separate 60 mile “Walk for the Cure” events, raising much needed funds and awareness in the fight against breast cancer.
Holly’s greatest strength is her willingness to listen to you and to understand your needs. She will share her knowledge and expertise of the market and work tirelessly and enthusiastically to find the perfect home for you and your family.
Whether you’re looking for real estate in Avalon and Stone Harbor; vacation rentals for a week’s vacation, selling your dream home, or purchasing a home for a lifetime of memories, Holly and her team are prepared to work for you to get you to your goal.
